Five teenagers tortured and sexual humiliated by police agents

Mexican police agents tortured five teenagers after been detained for breaking into the house of a State Police Investigator agent.

Five teenagers were torture physically, psychological and sexual humiliated by allegedly policemen of Tepic, capital city of the Mexican state of Nayarit, after they were surprised stealing the house of an agent of the State Police Investigator.

The event took place on October 13, but it is until know that was made public, after three videos , apparently filmed with a mobile phone, were uploaded on Youtube, allegedly by the aggressors, but later they were removed, but someone else upload it hours later. Early Friday Youtube removed the videos due to terms of use violation.

According to one of the victims, they were detained and handcuffed and taken first to the General Attorney’s Office of the State of Nayarit. Then they were handed over to armed men with police agents uniformed and made them aboard a van with a bag on their heads pointing towards the floor, and were taken to an unknown place.

The five victims were filmed during the interrogation, where they were threaten, insulted with uncouth language and they were force to kiss between them. In the interrogation, they had to give out their names, where they study and say the following phrase: “For breaking into others people homes to steal, I will be rape”. Then the beaten began, which is not shown in the video. Their knees were hit with a tree log, they were kicked and slap, inside what it seems to be a house without electricity and with a foul odor.

They were released early Thursday morning in a land plot, but before they were allowed to leave, they were told to get undressed.

The Police chief of Tepic, Jesus Parra, told to the local press that the aggressors aren’t agents of the police, because in the video shows the aggressors caring an AK-47 arm fire with a military hair cut, which doesn’t correspond to the physical characteristic of any police agent, and the arm fire is not use in the police department.

Huicot Rivas Alvarez, president of the Human Right Committee of Nayarit, assures that they are enough evidences to proceed against the aggressors. Four individuals were detained allegedly to have carried out the aggressions.
